Ms Bruni is said to be ‘shocked and dismayed’ that producer Thomas Cazals added the interview – filmed for saucy cult TV show Eurotrash – to a new 27-minute video portrait.

It shows Ms Bruni emptying her designer handbag and producing two ‘hot international sex guides’ in seven languages, of which she uses four – German, Italian, Spanish and English.

The beaming beauty says she needs them to ‘know what to tell them in case we get in bed with them’.

Ms Bruni, now 42, says: ‘Do you like my t*tties?’ in the four languages.
